Kimberlee Koehn
Kimberlee Koehn is a writer based out of Los Angeles, CA. After graduating from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Art in 2013, she started humor and lifestyle blog, Kimberlee K. Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, The Mighty and Bon Bon Break.
Outside of writing, Kimberlee attends and serves in the same foursquare church she grew up in. She enjoys reading, hiking, and fishing, and is an avid sports fan. She is pursuing a Creative Writing Certification from UCLA, and hopes to publish more faith based books in the future.
Scott Cooper
Scott Cooper has been teaching in the Los Angeles Unified School District since 1997 and at CSUN since 2015. He and his wife, Angela, have been a part of WellSpring Christian Fellowship for 30 years. Scott has served in many roles at church throughout the years, and currently serves as a member of the Church Council, as well as the Life Group Support Leader.
After hearing Matt and Ellen’s testimony at church, Scott felt compelled by the Lord to make sure that their story gets told. God has done amazing things during this process, and Scott is grateful that the Lord has lead our team to share this miraculous story with you. Scott loves playing street hockey, hiking, umpiring and watching his favorite sports teams!
Matt and Ellen Perrone
Matt and Ellen are excited to share the incredible things the Lord has done for them. Since the book, they have moved to Louisville, KY. They enjoy taking their boys to the park and going on family hikes. They love cooking together and trying new recipes from around the world.
